Located in the Alanya district of Antalya, the pearl of the Mediterranean, Mahmutlar offers magical pleasures with its wide and long beaches. Mahmutlar beach and Kargicak beach are popular beaches. Mahmutlar has become an important center for domestic and foreign tourists, together with the urban settlements and hotels in the region. Bananas and avocados are the main livelihoods of the region. With an understanding that attaches importance to integration, Mahmutlar is a social and international place with its 22 sister cities. As Goldinn Company, we are here with the Goldinn Residence project.

Our project consists of 6 floors.
– 25 units of 1+1 on the first 5 floors,
– There are 5 2+1 duplexes on the 6th floor.
It is only 2,5km from the beach. The main social activities of our project are;
